If there was no traffic violation or any driving manifestations to indicate you maybe impaired, this will help your case.
Next, he will look at the officer’s interaction with you. What was observed by the officer? What is your physical manifestations?Does he have probable cause to start a DUI investigation? Then Attorney Blevins will look to see if the officer administered the horizontal gaze nystagmus test, walk and turn test and one leg stand test. Also how you performed then.
